As a Spiritual Companion, I am your co-traveler on the pilgrimage of life. I consider it a sacred gift to walk with you as you notice where you experience Spirit’s presence, or seeming absence, leading to greater wholeness.
My work as a pediatrician provided the opportunity to experience firsthand the ways that childhood forms us. My background in medicine informs my approach to spirituality and presence as a Spiritual Companion. My understanding of Wholeness emphasizes humans as integrated in Body, Mind and Spirit.
Following retirement from a full-time military medical career, I received a Master’s in Spiritual Formation and Leadership, and completed training in Spiritual Direction, Forest Therapy, and Eco Spiritual Direction. I welcome anyone who might cross my path, but feel especially called to those struggling with questions of faith, those with military or medical life experiences (personal or family) and those struggling with grief, depression and loss.

I hold a seminary degree in Biblical Counseling and have been associated with Imago Dei Ministries since 2020. I have completed levels One and Two of Inner Healing Integration as well as courses on Imagery and the Enneagram
